Digital Marketing Specialist

As we continue to expand, we now need an individual to join our marketing team to run, maintain and digitally promote our marketing message across the globe. As we ramp up our digital advertising, you will be instrumental from being there from the start to see the impact your work has in the digital sphere. We see you as an eager, young professional who wishes build upon their current experiences by moving into a career role.


Areas of responsibility:

  • Build and maintain company's social media presence
  • Create digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate; including social media, direct marketing and display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in running existing marketing platforms - (Marketo, Blogspot, similar)
  • Inbound marketing through creation of content to our websites
  • Involvement in improving conversion of trial software users to paying customers
  • Measure and report performance of executed campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) – using automation to refine and improve our communication in all channels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns – work closely with product marketing to promote their content to the wider audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience


Required and desired skills:

  • Work experience in digital marketing, including email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Understand target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM and website analytics tools  
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 
  • Customer oriented mindset, team spirit and positive attitude
  • A relevant qualification
  • Experience in managing, publishing and creating contents in digital media channels
  • Knowledge and experience of social media advertising
  • Knowledge of digital tools and analytics
  • You are commercially driven with excellent brand knowledge
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • You have good project management skills
  • Content creation capabilities (text, video) is a benefit
