If you find digital and online sales interesting and have picked up some digital development skills along the way, you could be the new Digital Development Manager we are looking for. Here at Sinebrychoff we have brewed beer for over 200 years but we also look to the future and are now looking for a skilled and motivated talent to join our sales development team to lead our digital development journey.

What’s it like working at Sinebrychoff?

You would be joining our On Trade Channel Development team with responsibility for driving our commercial digital development programs. The primary focus is our e-Commerce platform serving our restaurant customers. However, you will also have a broader remit covering several of our global digital initiatives in Finland. On a day to day basis you would be working with your team members locally but also partnering with Carlsberg Group’s global digital community across Europe.

We are looking for a person with minimum 2 years of experience in digital sales development. You will have a small team supporting you but previous people management experience is not a must. Ability to understand digital data and turn it into actionable insights is a skill we value highly. Understanding some basic concepts of coding is a benefit, but you don’t need to be a programmer to be successful in this role.  Experience in working with SAP Hybris, Sitecore and Google Analytics or similar is a real benefit. You will be working with other Carlsberg countries, so good spoken and written English is a must but your day to day interactions with local colleagues remains mostly in Finnish.
