We are recruiting for Haaga-Helia UAS to the Service Business Development & Design research area in Helsinki
Digital Education Designer
for a fixed term position from September 2022 to May 2023.
The task is sought for a person who understands the details of digital education and online learning. The task involves the design and development of online courses that are functional, engaging, and consistent with foundational instructional design principles. This includes the alignment of educational objectives with content, activities, and assessments. Responsibilities focus on developing and editing online learning materials such as lesson plans, lesson content, learning objectives/outcomes, assignments, evaluation procedures, teaching aids, etc. Work is mainly done in English. Some of the tasks may be abroad in Europe.
We require knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and background in educational multimedia production. Broad knowledge of instructional technology tools and their use in teaching and learning. Experience developing and using modern multimedia (audio, video, podcasts, etc.) to enhance student engagement in active and collaborative learning.
