In Roche Diagnostics - Finland we are looking for 1 Diabetes Solution Manager to support our Diabetes Care business, working with both our product solutions (insulin pump and blood glucose monitoring systems) and digital solutions and services.
Purpose
You ensure that product and digital solutions and services will be sold and trained effectively with enthusiasm in the sales districts. You also ensure our success in tenders by having overall responsibility of tender and contract management including networking and influencing work with all relevant stakeholders.
The sales districts are: Sales districts are in West/Central Finland and the preferred home location is in the Pirkanmaa area (Tampere area).
Challenges
You have the ownership of your sales districts including the whole sales process from different phases of tender and contract management to the sales and training activities.
You have full responsibility for your sales districts - for establishing, maintaining and managing all the customer and stakeholder relationships.
Your customer focus allows you to build and leverage strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
You will be able to offer and deliver digital health solutions, which gives you success in customer relations.
You prioritize and have entrepreneurial spirit, which means that you need to tolerate uncertainty and face challenges in a positive manner.
You will be able to influence your own development.

You have a great interest in sales and search for opportunities with digital health solutions.

Qualifications and Experience
University degree with a relevant post-graduate qualification is highly preferred
Fluency in Finnish & English language (written and spoken)
Preferably you have knowledge about diabetes, insulin pumps, experience from the healthcare environment or other diabetes experience
Having knowledge about tender- and contract management will be considered an asset.
Fluency with MS Office programs is preferred
