Development Manager, Quality

ANDRITZ Oy is looking for a Development Manager for KRP Quality & HSE –department. Your responsibility will be to manage and develop the Quality Management related tasks in KRP division with the Quality Management team.  

The location can be any ANDRITZ Oy office in Finland.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:
•    Develop and maintain QA/QE/QC related processes
•    Maintaining of customer and international standards
•    Non-conformity (NCR) process development and implementation with the team
•    SAP program use / reporting
•    support process owners with Andritz Business Process Manual (ABPM) development.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
•    A Bachelor / Master of Science degree in technology
•    experience from Quality and Lean thinking. 
•    you have experience from SAP -tool.
•    you speak and write fluently English, other languages are considered as advantage.
•    you have good co-operation and coordination skills
•    willingness to travel both in Finland and abroad.
