Are you the one to lead our Analytics & Insight services ?
We are now looking for an experienced service management professional to our IT organization to lead Analytics and Insights operations under Data and Insights Team. Your responsibility area will include 1) manage and lead IT support and development services delivery, 2) Run continuous improvement processes to drive quality and efficiency 3) Manage Analytics and Insights roadmap align with business and IT strategy.
You will work with and across a diverse range of functions and it is essential you have extensive experience working with several stakeholder groups of business, IT, partners and customers. Not only do you have professional experience leading global IT services, but you have proven experience in initiating and driving both continuous improvement and major changes with our partners.
You work closely with your Global IT colleagues and regional IT to support our business lines and areas in their operations. Your background is such that you are able to provide thought leadership and insights into business technology and related business and IT process best practices.
To succeed in this position, you will need to display expertise, great communication and influencing skills, an analytical approach and self-driven approach towards continuous service development that helps you to positively impact our way to operate. You will:
Have a solid understanding of Analytics Solutions/Systems
Provide leadership and management to all team members reporting to You
Have accountability on ensuring IT services delivery of own responsibility area against defined service levels and financial plans
Maintain multiyear roadmap and own roadmap execution within your area of responsibility
Support key programs (i.e. Leap Forward, VII, Digitalization, Field Services)
Develop and enhance relationships with senior stakeholders and actively manage their expectations
Manage vendors in your area to ensure right balance between value and cost
Run continuous improvement processes to drive quality and efficiency
As our units are spread across the globe this role will involve travelling and co-operation with global colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you have
A Bachelor degree or higher in information technology, economics, engineering or relevant field
Understanding of business technologies, IT management and business operations of Valmet
Strategic mindset with a big-picture view
Experience with mergers and acquisitions is considered as advantage
A proven track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders to achieve complex, often conflicting goals across organizational boundaries
Extensive experience on successful management of global services & partners
Demonstrated leadership competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Good social and presentation skills
