Right now, we are looking for a Development Manager to our Technology IT Customer & Order Management unit.
I am Maria Käppi and I am leading Tech IT Fin Customer & Order Management team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Your next challenge?
As Development Manager you have the responsibility to maintain, improve and develop Customer & Order Management solutions and related processes in scope with internal and external stakeholders. You’re eager to actively learn and study new things and have desire to develop our ways of working so that we can ensure delightful customer experiences and deliveries in time and quality. You will work as a Product Owner (Customer information) developing and implementing software development models (SCRUM, DevOps, SAFe) in the domain .
Who are you?
In order to be successful in this role you need to have high enough technical competence to understand different IT technologies and applications used within Customer & Order management services. Business process knowledge is also an important part of the work.
We are searching for a person who is proactive, self-driven and open-minded to make his/her own initiatives. You have good co-ordination and collaboration skills and you communicate fluently in Finnish and English both written and spoken. You have genuine desire to develop solutions and customer experience. You have strong getting things done attitude and display a positive outlook and high level of integrity.
