Fortum eNext’s Smart Operations is looking for Development Engineer for Sales and Business Management. You will be supporting the growth of our international Operations and Maintenance (O&M) business.
You will be responsible of compiling Operation and Maintenance bids together with technical and legal experts. You support the bidding and sales works by material and information collection and development. You are responsible of maintaining sales support material. You track the O&M sales pipeline from our CRM system. You will have a role in developing internal processes and ways of working, both internally and with internal stakeholders (sales, support functions). You will report to General Manager, Sales and Business Development.

Understanding of and interest commercial and technical aspects of B2B sales.
Very familiar with IT/Office tools to compile bid documentation packages.
Interested to develop internal processes and ways of working with interface organisations.
University degree preferred, M.Sc. or similar.
Fluent written and spoken business English.
Can do attitude, able to work independently, good communications skills.
