Your task is execute development projects in cooperation with internal and external partners. Tasks also include developing new insulation products and solutions and understanding and improving the performance of existing products. You will additionally provide expert services in your field of work.
You have a track record as project manager of R&D projects in industry environments, and you are passionate about developing new solutions into business benefits. You have a university degree in building technology, physics, chemistry, chemical engineering or material technology. You are a performance oriented team member and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty in laboratory or production environments. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a project team and you have experience from working with a wide network.
Success in this position requires good English skills and readiness to travel. Experience from development of building materials or products is beneficial. The position is located in Parainen, Finland.
