Development and Service Delivery Manager

You will work in the Group Financial Services (GFS) management team in close co-operation with our business management, Development Specialists and report to VP, Group Financial Services. The main processes in Group Financial Services scope are general ledger, asset accounting, accounts payables, accounts receivables, credit control and payment support.

As Development and Service Delivery Manager you are responsible for managing the pipeline of new businesses and entities coming into GFS scope and assess different opportunities to add new processes into GFS scope. Coordinating GFS system development in co-operation with our ICT-function is part of your work. You are also responsible for designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strategy and related governance for GFS function.

In this position you will also have a core role in our internal CRM work by building key customer relationships and helping to manage existing customers and ensuring they stay satisfied. You arrange and participate in customer debriefs and take care of regular customer satisfaction surveys.

We expect you to have:

  • 5 years or more of relevant working experience and experience from international business
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required with a preference in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of compliance matters (governance model, audit trail, control framework)
  • Strong IT skills, preferably super user experience
  • English skills, other language skills are considered as an asset

Prior experience of working in/with a Shared service center is preferred.

As a person you are development oriented and interested towards research and ability to identify customer needs and challenges. You have extensive knowledge of function/business processes (end-to-end) and strong project management experience. With your strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills you guarantee successful projects and happy customers.
