As a Business Analyst, you will be working in close collaboration with IT and Product Owners while executing the change required to detect and prevent financial crime. Your responsibilities cover e.g. developing and maintaining business analysis processes and tools, identifying needs, analyzing and improving working procedures to simplify and increase efficiency, assessing and analyzing requirements, and implementing documentation processes. You are comfortable working with Agile development and bring your expertise in service design with you to the team.

Job duties
- Develop and maintain business analysis processes and tools through service design
- Documenting change initiative requirements and securing high standards in change initiative requirements by identifying issues, risks, dependencies
- Assess and analyze requirements to mitigate financial crime risks in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive discussions among stakeholders across the bank to identify business needs to ensure deliverables are correctly understood and the best solutions are found
- Design and implement requirements documenting process for global automated transaction monitoring
- Contribute to the development and preparation of presentation and communication material
Job requirements
- Suitable educational background (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Experience with service-design
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Experience working with requirements in IT development activities
- Understanding of the financial industry
- Experience with project and change management frameworks such as PMI, SAFe Agile, or other equivalents
Experience with financial crime area/industry and knowledge on how to mitigate financial crime risks including regulatory interaction is seen as a considerable advantage.
