You will be working as an Electronics Design Engineer in System Drives Product Engineering and Quality department. You will have the technical responsibility of printed circuit boards used in frequency converters, taking care of various quality, availability and product improvement tasks. A strong co-operation and relationship with our electronics manufacturing service suppliers is the key to success in this role.

Your responsibilities:
• Product improvement management from definition and specification to design and implementation
• Co-operation with internal functions including R&D, Purchasing & Logistics and Production
• Handle day to day tasks together with PCBA suppliers and component vendors
• Solving customer cases together with After Sales
• Root Cause Analysis using state of the art measurements equipment from multimeter to scanning electron microscope

• Experience in analog and digital electronics design
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing (DFM) and test system design (DFT)
• Understanding of PADS circuit board design SW or equivalent
• Fluent written and spoken communications skills in English
• An active and positive approach to work
• Ability to independently seek ways to improve working methods and own skills  

Ideally you have
• Experience in Power Electronics design
• Knowledge of VHDL
• Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written)
