We are now looking for the following professional

Department Assistant for a temporary position

You will work as a member of our HR team providing support and secretarial services for the named departments. These includes e.g. helping in all travel related matters, organizing meetings and supporting events, handling invoices and acquiring of office supplies.

The other important responsibility area consists of personnel services. In these tasks you work in a close cooperation with the HR team. Personnel services contain e.g. maintaining personnel databases and giving the personnel advice in payroll administrational and annual vacation related topics.

We are looking for a person who has an active self-starter mindset and is capable of handling tasks efficiently – from smallest routines to highly confidential actions.

Qualifications for success at work are:

  • High degree of self-initiative and customer service oriented mind
  • An applicable commercial degree
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Systematic way of working and attention to details is required
  • Good level of stress management

The position is a fix-term until the end of August 2018.

The position is located at our headquarters in Kempele, Finland.
