A unique opportunity is available as Demand Planner for Nestlé Finland. You will report into the Nordic Demand Planning Manager, where you will be an important part of the Nordic Demand Planning team. This team consists of 9 Demand Planners situated locally in every of the Nordic countries. Your location will be in Keilaniemi in Espoo, Finland.
Your new role
As Demand Planner, you will be responsible for facilitating the development of a realistic demand plan for several of our key brands. You will be working cross functionally, but assume overall responsibility for the numbers in the system.
Are you ready for your future challenges?
Your responsibilities will have a wide span and thus vary in complexity. Mainly, your tasks will be to:
- Generate sales forecast for an 18-month rolling demand plan
- Own and drive the conversation with stakeholders on identified gaps & trends
- Secure correct Inno-/Renovation outlook of products.
- Review & Analyze historical trends
- Drive synergy with our recent implemented tools (SAS Analytics)
- Drive and implement analytical tools developed by HQ to continuously drive forecast improvement
- Project participation driving automation and digitalization supporting the above point
You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales in providing relevant input on a regular basis through our S&OP process on volume expectations.
What do we expect from you?
You are a self-starter and have good communication skills, as you will have many internal stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you have good analytical skills, possess a critical eye in data and you will be confident in your interaction. You are capable of planning and prioritizing your tasks in a busy environment.
Your experiences and qualifications
You have already had a successful professional experience as a Demand Planner, Supply Planner or similar – preferably from the FMCG industry. You have a relevant educational background minimum at bachelor level e.g., Supply Chain Management. Analytical skills and working with numerical data are part of your toolbox and you work in a structured and targeted way. Knowledge of SAP APO & SAS an advantage. It is a must that you speak Finnish fluently and are advanced in English as it is the company language.
