We are looking for a Demand Planner for Unilever Finland to be responsible for your own portfolio's demand forecast and operational execution. You will be working closely with the sales function to build an integrated volume plan, analyze and understand underlying changes in the forecasts and to manage short-term requests from the business and build long term capacity plans with sourcing units across Europe.
We are looking for a professional who is self-motivated, independent worker, and have the excitement and passion for making improvements. You also have good influencing and communication skills and are used to be in touch with different stakeholders on daily basis. You are passionate about learning new things and developing yourself. And maybe you enjoy working outside of your comfort zone?
Work is temporary and starts as soon as possible and lasts until 31st of May 2022. Office is in Helsinki but there is a chance to work remotely in time to time.
Your responsibilities are
-Deliver integrated volume plan (0-24 months rolling) for your portfolio
-Highlight changes and gaps in the demand plan towards the sales function
-Understand past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities
-Understand when to apply statistical models, depending on historical patterns and horizons using exception-based planning
-SC business partner to sales, marketing and other functions
-Report, analyze, understand and deliver KPI's (Volume Bias, Volume Accuracy, Product availability)
-Manage short term demand requests and problem solving
-Manage basic Master Data settings for the local portfolio
-Drive the Supply Chain responsibility in the innovation process
Whishing that you have:
-University degree in Economics or Engineering preferably within Supply Chain/Logistics
-Strong numerical & analytical skills
-Strong Excel skills (Power BI a bonus)
-Good knowledge of SAP or other ERPs preferred
-Interest towards Supply Chain
-Good knowledge of English both spoken and written (Finnish is a bonus)
