We are now looking for a

Demand and Customer Service Manager

In this position you will manage all product demands to ensure that the supply chain and 3rd party service provider is aware of them and you are responsible for all aspects of demand, supply and stock levels. You are primary link between the affiliate and the AbbVie logistic center related to activities of forecasting, order entry, order promising & planning and issues resolution. You also are a primary contact point to the affiliate wholesaler in the matters related to supply of products, inventory management and logistical support. You are an active member of our sales and operation planning meetings and you make sure the forecast information is reliable and updated. You also handle customer service for medical devices and accessories and coordinate shipments, returns and requests related to these together with the wholesaler. You are a part of our finance team and you report to Finance Director.

We expect you to have solid experience in demand management and strong internal and external customer focus. You have good commercial understanding and you are capable of working efficiently in an international environment. Experience in healthcare and pharma environment is an advantage, but not a must. You work independently, your way of working is structured and you have great follow up skills. You have ability to work in the projects and independently drive demand related elements in those projects. You also have ability to challenge the status quo and you are always looking to improve business processes and results. You have good communication skills and you are a positive team player with a can do -mindset and you work interactively in a matrix organization. A strong command of written and spoken Finnish and English is a requirement, other languages are a plus.
