Metsä Group IT Infrastructure unit is seeking a

DELIVERY MANAGER

to join us in Group ICT Infra Services Unit in Espoo HQ as a Delivery Manager to develop and deliver Group wide Infra Services to Metsä Group Business Areas. Work is conducted together and in co-operation with the rest of Metsä Group ICT team of 14 colleagues, external partners and business areas.

Job Description

More specifically you will be able to leverage your expertise in the following topics

• Plan, manage, lead and develop delivery processes of international Infra services and solutions together with internal and external partners and stakeholders
• Manage business relationships and expectations throughout delivery projects
• Stakeholder and expectation management
• Good project reporting skills
• Be a member of cross-organizational networks to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Participate in other ICT deployment projects to provide knowledge and guidelines about Infra environment.

Required Skills and Abilities

Expectations on you as Delivery Manager are that you have Demonstrated good knowledge and several year experience on delivery management from an international environment.

• Background in IT and critical manufacturing environments
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and steer the work of multiple stakeholders and supplier to achieve shared targets
• Good proven team and people management skills
• Ability to influence people in a matrix organization
• Good understanding about the support processes and process development (ITIL)
• Fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English
