The demand to grow bigger is thus real, and this is where you come into the picture: we need you to plan and lead the delivery processes of our solutions!

What would you be doing?

Simply put, you will be responsible for the whole delivery process, functioning as the customer's main contact person and coordinator of the service delivery. In addition to being the primary contact channel to our global customers worldwide, you will work closely with the technical team on our end, estimating and monitoring the delivery time as well as resource allocation for the different customer projects. You will also cooperate actively with the Head of Support to ensure a smooth transition to the support function after the delivery. As we are working with a completely new business, you will naturally have the chance to develop and build the delivery process from scratch.

What do we expect from you?

In order for you to succeed in this role, we expect you to have relevant experience in international project management and/or solution delivery management. You will without doubt benefit from any knowledge or background in the industrial or industrial software industry. Because this position involves close contact with the customers, who are scattered around the world, we expect you to be willing to travel when needed. You feel at home in a fast-paced and agile environment, where we are constantly looking for ways to do things better. Your English is fluent and most importantly; you are cool with working cross-nationally with goofy but extremely professional co-workers.
