Delfoi is now looking for a Software Designer to join their growing Robotics -team. In this role, you’ll get to participate in the development of robot offline programming and simulation applications and become an integral part of Delfoi’s team of experts.
As you begin your career as a Software Designer, you’ll be provided with a comprehensive introduction to your job tasks, projects and Delfoi Robotics applications. In the future, your responsibilities can vary from developing the existing applications to designing completely new innovations and products, based on your interest and skills. You’ll get to work closely with Delfoi’s team of experts and also with external partners and international customers in developing new innovative solutions and products.
This position is a great fit for you, if you’re recently graduated or you are at the final stage of your university studies. We hope that you’re eager to learn more and become an expert in the field. Your interest towards AI, Robots and simulation applications is something that we appreciate much more than your previous working experience. Delfoi is also able to provide you with an interesting topic for your thesis or diploma work.
What we expect from you:
Relevant university level degree or you’re currently finalizing your studies
Good knowledge of mathematics and physics (dynamics) and understanding of robotics
Programming experience, e.g. school projects and own projects, with C# or Python and you’re familiar with different programming environments and the Microsoft Windows environment
Analytical, persistent and ambitious working-mindset. You enjoy working independently and within a team
Fluent skills in English, both written and verbal
We consider as an asset:
Previous experience with Visual Components and knowledge of 3D modeling, Industrial Robotics and robot simulation
Relevant working experience
Language skills in Finnish
