Danish or Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Consultant, full-time, Kerava

We at Studentwork are now looking for a Danish/Norwegian Customer Service Consultant to our client located in Kerava. In this position you will answer client's questions regarding shipments/subscriptions and the products. Employment will start as soon as the right person is found. You will be part of an international team of committed customer service consultants, all eager to improve customers daily.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain dialogue with customers and identify their needs
  • Reach out to new and existing customers and ensure continuous follow-up
  • Answer e-mails and other inquiries as well as other administrative tasks
  • Assist other departments in the organisation when requested


  • Speak and write Danish or Norwegian fluently, and a decent level of English
  • Between 1 and 3 years experience from sales and/or service, preferably customer service, telemarketing or retail
  • Experience with phone as a work tool is a must
  • Familiar within Office programs

Personal qualities

  • Ability to effectively analyse problems and provide solutions
  • Team Player and customer service orientated
  • Good at prioritising and focusing on the task at hand
