We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Operations team at Schibsted Finland, where our most well known brands are Oikotie, Tori and Rakentaja!
In this role you would have an exciting opportunity to work with Finland’s leading marketplace brands that have millions of users monthly and over 50 million visits each month. How would your daily work and duties look like?
You will work closely with Finnish authorities to detect & prevent frauds in Tori service and make the service safer all the time.
As Customer Support Specialist you reply messages via email and also do ad moderation in Finnish for Tori Asunnot users and Tori B2B users.
Your tasks also include supporting sales teams and ensuring the excellent quality of customer service.
You constantly want to improve our services and you are not afraid to pick up the phone and find out what are the possible development areas in the Tori service.
What kind of Customer Support Specialist are we looking for?
As a Customer Support Specialist you are the first contact point for Tori B2B clients and Tori Asunnot users and customers. Therefore we are looking for a person who has a positive and open-minded attitude and a systematic way of working.
Creating successful customer experiences makes you happy and you enjoy solving problems.
You are always ready to learn more and you are proactively developing the customer service processes.
You are fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English and you have excellent customer service communication skills.
You have experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce and MS Dynamics.
If you have any experience in customer support in apartment rental market and experience using tools like Zendesk and Intercom messaging platforms, those are seen as a strong plus!
