Help desk position provides excellent help and advice to all the customers via phone and e-mail. If the problem is too specific your job is to forward it to the right specialist. Tieto provides guides to all workers to simplify the work process

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WITH:

  • Fluent Finnish or Swedish skills;
  • Fluent English skills;
  • Previous working experience or education in IT support area;
  • Solution oriented mindset and ability to prioritize tasks:
