This new position provides technical and functional support to end users of the Dental tracking system software and related products. The LM Dental Tracking System is a combination of RFID readers for keeping track of all articles used by dentists and a cloud based (SaaS) service for using this IoT data.  Occasionally, you may also need to visit the customers in order to make installations, configure and upgrade systems (both hardware and software), give trainings and guide the administrators of the LM DTS system. You also create product material and training material, and support sales with technical knowhow. The role also includes functioning as internal IT support for the staff working at LM.

 

Requirements:

  •         technical or IT background, MSc or BSc preferred
  •         fluency in at least English and Finnish, other languages a big +
  •         proactive and independent attitude towards work, customer oriented, with good problem-solving skills
  •         willingness to travel and working flexible hours when needed, as we support customers globally
  •         knowledge of basic computer hardware and software, including desktop PCs, laptops, networking equipment, wireless access points, printers etc
  •         previous experience in customer support roles or working in customer interface.
