Customer Support Specialist

Tieto Welfare business area is looking for two customer support specialist to join our growing services team in Jyväskylä. Our business in the Welfare area focuses on products that facilitate the work and increases accessibility for our customers, the municipalities. With the help of our products, citizen services, integrations and mobility the users of our solutions can in an easily way get the support needed.

Your contribution and background

As a member of the team you will have opportunities to create new IT solutions, services and products that benefit not just our customers’ businesses but all of society. Moreover, we offer you great opportunities to learn and develop yourself.

As a customer support specialist you will be a member of our Services team and will be

  • participating on consultancy and training
  • solving incidents and service requests
  • taking part on requirement specification and validation testing
  • working in software deliveries and implementation projects

We expect you to have

You have suitable degree and/or work experience in welfare area and knowledge of our welfare Effica and Lifecare products. You have a solid knowledge of Finnish social welfare legislation and near future developmental view on Kanta and Sote reform.

You have consultancy and training experience with good communication skills and ability to act as a public performer. You have project know-how and developmental approach to our products. You are fluent in written and spoken Finnish.
