The offices are located in Tampere and Helsinki but you also can work hybrid. In addition, this role involves some traveling mostly within Europe.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Customer Support Engineer you will work as part of Selfly Stores Solution Delivery and Operations team. One of your main task is to ensure the success of Selfly Stores customers. You will participate in the general communication for the Solution Delivery & Operations team as well as other Selfly Store functions and teams. You can work either from Helsinki or Tampere, in addition you have a chance to work hybrid.

Selfly Store by Stora Enso is a complete, easy-to-set-up solution that enables our customers to run their unmanned self-service micro-stores. Its most visible part is the Selfly Intelligent Cabinet. Selfly Intelligent Cabinet is a high-tech unit that includes a central computer, a payment terminal, RFID antennas & reader as well as an integrated 4G model for constant connectivity. All products sold out of the fridge are equipped with RFID tags for item-level identification. The Selfly Intelligent Cabinet, and other supporting equipment belonging to the solution, are always connected to the Selfly Cloud service through which the entire fleet of equipment can be managed, monitored, and analyzed.

JOB DUTIES
In this role, you will take part in technical and functional support to customers related to the Selfly Store solution. This includes monitoring of customer solution performance, receipt and handling of customer support requests and remote and occasionally on-site investigation and resolution of issues encountered by customers. You will also contribute to solution delivery, performing the related back-office tasks and supporting delivery project leads in their work. In addition, you will occasionally provide technical support to sales and act as a "stand-in" in other areas of Selfly Store operations, e.g. purchasing, invoicing, order handling and logistics coordination.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Suitable educational background (e.g. relevant technical degree or Software Engineering)
* Prior experience in technical customer service, preferably supporting systems with both hardware and software components
* You have fluent spoken and written skills in English
* Willingness and possibility to travel internationally
Languages, especially German, French, Spanish or Italian, are seen as an advantage.
