Work tasks
- Ensure with other customer team members that customer satisfaction goals and SLAs are achieved
- Handle incoming customer tickets, including incidents, service and change requests. Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and troubleshooting steps
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Participate in developing customer communications together with customer and product teams
- Participate in improving support processes and internal tooling development
- Other responsibilities: Customer relationship management activities for selected customers if needed and supporting the other Customer and Product team members in external and internal projects
We are looking for
- 1-2+ years’ experience from customer success and/or customer support and/or IT
- You are a top-tier customer servant and have a desire to help customers to succeed together with BeeHealthy
- Strong people skills; you are an honest team-player, have good self-awareness, can effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds, have patience with others and ability to trust others
- Understanding of product and integration development terminology, principles and methodologies, such as agile methodologies and ITIL
- Passion for improving healthcare systems around the world. Experience in healthcare sector and digital healthcare is also a big plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues even when faced with unfamiliar situations
- Excellent communication skills in English and in Finnish

Our recruitment process
This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client’s wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work. The process includes two tests: one personality test and one cognitive test. The tests are tools to find the right talent for the right position, to enable equality, diversity, and a fair process.

Our (Academic Work) screening and interview processes for this position will be completed by January 8, 2025, and client interviews will take place in Helsinki on January 9–10, 2025.
