Role? Customer Success Manager to guide the brand new Customer Success team for Oikotie Työpaikat. Guiding the team to help our recruiting customers to attract talent by using Oikotie's job ads and additional visibility products. Building a data-driven way of working for the team, while closely collaborating with sales, marketing, and product development.
Salary? Earnings around 4000-5000€/month.
Location? The office is located just a few steps away from the Helsinki railway station. Our way of working is hybrid and we’d be happy to meet with you and the rest of the sales team at the office on Thursdays to learn from each other and to have fun.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be heading the brand new Oikotie Työpaikat Customer Success team with the main goal to help our recruiting customers to increase the visibility of their job ads to attract top talents, as well as profit from Oikotie’s portfolio to grow our reach even more. To do so, the collaboration with our sales team is pivotal for you to identify the existing job ads on Oikotie that need an extra boost. By reaching out to our existing customers, you map their needs, as well as provide and sell additional visibility products to their recruitment ads, for example by planning advertising campaigns and publishing them on various channels (eg. Oikotie’s own channel and social media) with the goal of both allowing our customers to attract the top talent, and increase our revenue and reach.
The Customer Success team that you guide is a new growing team initially gathering together a few Customer Success Specialists, who are mostly responsible for the realization of the actual content production. This means that your expertise as the team head is essential in building a data-oriented work practice for the team, starting with contacting customers to producing the needed services and reporting findings. We like to win it together, thus you also collaborate internally tightly with our marketing, sales operations, and product development teams on our way to deepening our customers’ relationships and trust.

You step into a brand new role which means that the responsibilities we’ve drafted above, haven’t been tested in practice. Thus, there might be some surprises ahead and a ‘we’ll find a way’ mindset will surely be needed from you. On the other hand, the unknown offers an opportunity to leave your fingerprint on how we build even stronger trust and relationships with our customers. Just last year, our customer satisfaction level reached its highest, and now you come into the picture to drive these results to new records! Is your curious mind asking for this kind of adventure?
During your first six months, we expect you to settle into our community, get to know your Customer Success team and our sales team, start having a fuller picture of our services, and begin shaping the processes to help our customers together. Further down the road, we’re eager to see you guiding your team and developing practical solutions to increase our customers’ job ads visibility, in close collaboration with our sales, marketing, and product development teams (and remember, we’re here to support you along the way!). 3. 30 min meeting with a few colleagues from the sales team (get to know close colleagues)
