Distribution Innovation AS build and deliver services for companies in need of technology for logistics and distribution. Several million products are delivered through their system daily, and in this way their technology reaches out to approximately 10 million households throughout Scandinavia. They work closely with other technology environments in Schibsted and Finn.

We are looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Success Manager on behalf of our client Distribution Innovation located in Oslo, Norway. They are a leader in their segment in the Nordic region and are owned by Schibsted and Amedia. This is a long-term engagement with start-up as soon as possible.

About the position

For this position, we are looking for a service minded and driven candidate who will have a key role in maintaining and strengthening customer relationships within the Finnish marked. You will be the main contact for the existing clientbase in Finland and your main responsibilities will be follow up on the clients and provide technical support and expertise regarding their products. Furthermore, you will be the superuser in DI’s solutions and you will advise the customers in their use of the system. You will also coordinate and attend client meetings, some traveling will be required in this position when needed.

-  Phasing in products with new and existing clients
-  Contribute to the development of new products/services
-  Technical setup in the system
-  Being a part of the product-team
-  Follow-up customer support inquiries
-  Proactive follow-up of customers
-  Testing and verification of development tasks

-  Fluent in Finnish and English as well as the ability to communicate technical language to non-technical personnel
-  Higher degree in Information Technology, relevant work experience may compensate for less education
-  Demonstrated experience with client relations and support is to prefer
