Juli Living is now looking for two Customer Success Advisors to be a part of Letting & Customer Service team!

In this versatile position you will have an essential role in creating an excellent experience for our Juli Living customers. Our customers can select the home they want to live in online. Our letting and customer service team’s task is to help our customers find their dream home in our new online service and make their stay in our apartments a smooth and fun experience. You with your colleagues are responsible for answering customer inquiries and offering insight into how to face the customer in a best way in different channels. All our contracts come through a digital platform so you can forget all the old school paperwork.
On a daily basis, you will work independently solving customers’ questions and replying to customer inquiries in multiple channels (email, phone, chat) together with our internal and external stakeholders (e.g. technical property managers). The problems that you get to solve vary in nature and complexity, which keeps the daily work interesting.
We are currently developing our customer service function and digital apartment rental platform to create the best customer experience in market. We invite you to bring new insight and ideas on how to develop customer service quality and sales of our current and upcoming brand-new rental apartments.
The person we are looking for is a proactive team player both internally within your closest team members as well as towards our internal and external stakeholders.
We expect you to be an experienced customer service professional. We appreciate experience from letting business, although it is definitely not a must. If coming from outside the business, you should have genuine interest to learn how to solve the problems for our customers in a friendly but accurate manner. Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English is a must. Experience in tenant guidance and community mediation are seen beneficial.
To succeed, you are good at listening to the customers. You want to surprise them positively and see solutions instead of problems. You are good at planning your own work, completing and result driven. You do not have to be an IT expert, but you adopt effortlessly new software and IT tools and easily understand the different steps of customer journey in online portals. You are comfortable with adopting new concepts as well as developing new processes and work manuals.
