Are you interested in working in the world´s largest Food and Beverage Company? Are you looking to work independently on a Nordic level? Are you customer driven? We have an open temporary maternity leave substitution as Customer Solutions Analyst for Finland located in Espoo, until January 2021.

The customer solution analyst tasks include customer service via telephone and email, monitoring order-to-cash process and assisting sales representatives, and the local commercial teams. In addition, the job description includes back office tasks related to invoicing. The Customer Solutions Analyst also cooperate very close with our demand capture team in Lisbon and the other Nordic Customer Solution Analysts. The interaction with internal key stakeholders will play an important role for you to succeed.  You will also have direct customer communication in case of Out-of-Stock situations or when proactively mitigating potential Out-of-stock situations. Although the role is very independent, your tasks are also handled by other customer service colleagues in the Nordic countries. You report to our Nordic Team Lead located in Copenhagen.

The daily operating window for customer solution analyst is narrow so the time frame before lunch hour can be very hectic and requires fast decision making.

Your profile

We are looking for a person who enjoys customer service and is fluent in both small and bigger problem solving situations in everyday life. You will not freeze in toughest of customer service situations and you are equipped with “can-do” attitude. You are systematic and organized in your ways of working. You have experience with customer service and possibly SAP (SD) + good MS Office especially Excel skills. You communicate fluently in oral and written Finnish and English, Swedish language skills are considered as advantage.
