Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a bright and positive person to join our Customer Service team in Helsinki. Together with the team, you will provide the best support to our Sales Representatives and Customers and also will have some office administration responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Providing information for customers over the phone and via email.
  • Searching for the best solutions for our customers.
  • Working with international databases and AVON representative webpage.
  • Managing customer ordering, accounts and invoices, collecting and analyzing statistics.
  • Initiating and participating in various Customer Service projects.
  • Handling office administration tasks (ordering office goods and services, supporting your colleagues with organizational activities, documents and other office related requests).

We expect that you:

  • Are a great team player, but can also easily work independently.
  • Are fluent in Finnish and have a good command of English.
  • Have a great ability to manage priorities and organize your time.
  • Are a great communicator and an optimistic personality.
  • Similar experience would be an advantage.
