We are now looking for a customer oriented and proactive
Customer Service Specialist
to plan, build and execute sales opportunities and to support the work of the sales team in Finnair Kitchen. In this role, your main responsibilities will include managing a multicultural portfolio of airline catering accounts. You will also actively maintain and develop this client base by analyzing the customer portfolio, and by building profitable working relationships with current clients and partners. The primary purpose of the role is to be our airline customers first point of contact and a hands-on problem solver.
As Customer Service Specialist you will also have various supporting tasks e.g. related to invoicing, customer reporting, arranging customer events and other tasks defined by the sales management team. You will report to Head of Category Customer Airlines.
