We are now looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for Sun Chemical. Job is full-time and starts in the end of September.
Your main tasks will be receiving customers’ orders and maintaining contact with them during the full end to end process from placing the order into the system, during production and delivery and finally to the invoicing process. You will provide accurate information to ensure that orders are delivered in line with customer’s expectations and hopes. You will be responsible for your own group of customers which means that you will ensure that these customer relationships are maintained and improved. You will also be in contact with internal customers such as production delivery and finance department. Responding to urgent customer demands and being able to support the customer and make decisions with the input of other departments is critical.
The requirements of the position are that you have ideally minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service environment. We expect that you are true professional in customer service and are passionate at fulfilling customers expectations and needs. You need to have good communication skills and have an ability to act professionally over the telephone representing the Company in the best possible light. You are able to perform independently and as well debate on difficult issues during the delivery process. Working as part of a team is essential, as this small team will be responsible for the full end to end customer experience of our customers served out of our Espoo office. Strong organisational skills are important.
Prior experience of SAP is considered to be an advantage because you will record data accurately and timely. You speak and write fluently in English and Finnish. Swedish writing and speaking skills are an advantage.
