You will be working as a Manager of Customer Service teams at Fortum Recycling & Waste business area in Finland. Customer Service is part of the Supply Chain organization, and is responsible for handling different customer contacts, processing customer orders as well as providing customer guidance in regards to Recycling and Waste services. You will be leading 4 different customer service teams, consisting of 15 passionate professionals, responsible for both Service & Product Sales.

As a key person at our Recycling & Waste organization with major contribution to our performance and customer satisfaction, you will be working in close co-operation with our sales, business units as well as our customers in order to continuously develop our customer service.

In order to be successful in this position, we expect you to have:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and/or proven track record of leading a team of customer service professionals in an industrial and/or B2B service environment
• Master’s degree from suitable field of business
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
• High customer orientation
• Experience of leading change and motivating people
• Ability to communicate fluently in Finnish and English, Swedish is considered to be a plus
