Metsä Board Customer Service Centre in Espoo is looking for
CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
for an approximately 2 years’ temporary position, to strengthen our team while we carry out development projects in digitalization and automation of processes. We offer you an interesting and independent position in an energetic and international environment in a team of currently 12 persons. Experience of Business to Business Customer Service or Supply Chain background, especially in the Overseas and export markets will be considered most suitable.
What's your role in the future Metsä?
- To manage the Order to Cash process; handling customer inquiries from start to finish
- To maintain regular contact with the customers/ agents while providing them with the agreed level of customer service
- Order handling, documentation and invoicing, managing shipping documents as well as providing solutions to operational problems related to the order delivery chain
- Stock management, feedback and rebate handling
- Trials management
- Maintenance of Customer Master data, Customer profiles and all customer related information
- Providing back up for colleagues during their absence in their respective market areas.
What are we looking for?
We expect you to have a position relevant education in International Business or Supply Chain related University Degree (B.Sc.) and experience in a supply chain function. You have a good understanding of supply chain operations and processes. We value experience in banking systems, L/C handling as well as Overseas shipping & documentation understanding. In addition to good cooperation and organization skills, we expect you to have good knowledge of SAP ERP and BW and Microsoft Office programs. Good verbal and written communication skills in English is required, other Metsä Board service languages are considered as an asset. To be successful in this position you will need to have ability to initiate, coordinate and lead development initiatives to its completion as well as proactiveness, tolerance to cope with stress and pressure.
