Thales DIS Finland Oy is a part of Thales Group, a French multinational company that designs and builds electrical systems and provides services for the aerospace, defence, transportation and security markets.

We are now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work full time at Thales DIS Finland Oy as a part of the Cloud Protection & Licensing Service team. The office for Thales DIS Finland is located in Vantaa.

Your main task is to handle and follow-up customer orders regarding Identity & Access card products and webstore hardware products. Responsibility includes the whole process from receiving orders until delivery and invoicing and communication between company and the customer. The job requires continuous interaction with the customers and with internal interest groups locally and globally.

You are the right person for this job if you are energetic team player with customer oriented mind set. Your working matters are organized and your communications skills are fluent; you communicate fluently in English, other languages such as Polish or German is an asset. It is easy for you to learn and use new systems. We value educational degrees from the area of business (BBA or equivalent) and earlier experiences from customer service -oriented tasks in international settings.
