We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for our client to a diverse and international work environment for a one-year fixed-term position based in Vantaa, Finland.
As a Customer Service Coordinator your main task is to handle and follow the whole process of customer orders on various products and services from the point of receiving purchase orders to the delivery and invoicing of the goods. You are in a continuous and proactive interaction with the customers. You will be dealing with the customer portfolios and customers complaints and you ensure that all backlog and pending orders are managed and updated accordingly. You will also work closely with internal interest groups locally and globally, such as the Sales Team. Your main tool in your daily tasks handling the process and reporting is the company’s ERP.
In order to succeed in this position, you need excellent communication and interaction skills, a fluent level English and efficient administrative abilities. You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and products and you are familiar with Incoterm. Ideally you have a 3-year degree in Business Management (or related) and previous experience in Customer Service in a hectic environment. You are well-organized and customer-oriented by nature. You are a team player and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
