Customer Service Consultant – with Norwegian

Customer Service is one of the most important and valued departments in our organisation, NutraQ.

We are now looking for a skilled and dedicated colleague to look after our main concept areas such as Oslo Skin Lab and other brands within the food supplement industry.

Our new team member will be based in our office in Helsinki, however will mainly focus on our Norwegian customers.

Your main responsibilities:

As an important member of our customer care team you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing accurate information and focusing on keeping our customers happy at all time. In addition to customer satisfaction, you will work with sales activities and actively contribute to retaining our customers.  

Who are we looking for?

We wish to give our customers the best possible care and information. Therefore, you need to have high standards when it comes to being service minded and have excellent communication skills. You bring your ideas to the table and have solid track record within customer service. In addition, if you can relate to the following qualities, then you are the right person for this role:

• You are fluent in Norwegian

• You have strong commercial mind-set and passion for sales

• You have a proactive and positive approach to change and development

• You are a people person with the ability to network and maintain good relationships

• You have an interest in a healthy lifestyle and beauty

• You speak English

• Given NutraQ is an international company, other languages such as Dutch, Italian, French and Polish is a plus
