Customer Service Advisor (summer job / kesätyö)

What you will be doing

As our a+ Summer Apprentice in our Customer team, you help our customers succeed with the financial management software that we offer (Procountor product family and other additional services). You guide, advise, and offer solutions by phone, email, and chat.
In addition, you are part of an innovative team developing modern tools and new ways of working. Your team includes an energetic group of our application and customer success experts who will help you succeed in this position. Even though it's a customer service task related to financial management software, you'll do just fine with ordinary IT skills. We will introduce you to the world of finance!
 

Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, but are other locations are in Turku, Tampere, Oulu, Jyväskylä, Stockholm and Copenhagen. We work with a flexible hybrid model.

In customer service one does not always have ready-made instructions for every situation. That's why we expect you to be a persistent and curious person who wants to find the right solution for the customer in every situation. You want to create excellent customer encounters; you have a brisk and open attitude. We help our customers in Finnish and our business language is English.
