We are now looking for Customer Lead to be responsible for sales towards named customers in Services and Retail team.

Services and Retail industry team works closely with leading Finnish service industry companies e.g from Retail, Finance, Insurance, and Energy sectors. The common nominator for our customers is a large B2C/B2B customer base and operations mainly in the Nordic / Baltic countries. Our customers are leaders in implementing digital services and processes with an accelerating speed.

Large Customers segment is responsible for business customers with more than 250 employees in the Finnish market. Our segment and it’s people are continuously evolving and looking into new business opportunities.

Your next challenge

In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing account plans for your selected customers, in line with the overall business plan. You own the business targets for named customers and are responsible for achieving these targets. Your responsibilities include both developing existing business and generating new. You work in a systematic and result-oriented way, to ensure the success of the customer and Telia. You will actively build customer relations, in strong co-operation with Telia units and companies and proactively develop the customer satisfaction. You understand both the customers and Telia’s business and are able to propose relevant solutions to your customers.

What are we looking for?

You want to be an inspirational role model in customer leadership. You have proven ability and track record of working with corporate customers. You are a team player and have excellent collaboration abilities with all stakeholders (customers, internal functions, partners). You have experience of account management and have a wide B2B network.

You are able to understand what drives customer satisfaction. You also have excellent negotiation and presentation skills. You need to have a university degree in relevant field or equivalent experience through work history. You are fluent in speaking and writing English and Finnish, and are used to use these languages in your daily work. Additional language skills e.g. Swedish are an advantage for your success. You have solid ICT competencies and experience. You are able to act as a trusted advisor to the customer.
