We are currently looking for a Customer Executive for Service Management and Business Automation areas to our client Sofigate. This is your chance to be the one co-creating the next generation Enterprise Services (IT, HR, Finance, Facilities, etc.), Customer Service and Business Automation solutions with our enterprise and public customers.
At heart of working as a Customer Executive is engaging with customers and building trusted relationship. Networking within Sofigate is also essential to succeed in the role.
Your main responsibilities are related to sales and customer relationship management. The activities in your role include responding to RFPs, taking part in marketing activities and building the future roadmap together with Sofigate's customers. Contract negotiations are also essential part of your work.

* Experience in sales of software solutions or related professional services, including experience in software licensing and SaaS subscriptions
* Overall understanding of IT solution architectures
* Understanding of project models and project work
* Experience in agreement negotiations and making of agreements
* Ability to build trusted relationships and to collaborate with C-level management

We expect excellent interaction, collaboration and communication (both in Finnish and in English) skills and ability to learn new technologies. You care for your customers and dare to challenge their current processes and solutions. You are also a good listener and your way of working is both customer and solution oriented.
