One of If Private’s strategic focus areas is data-driven customer relationship management. The CRM unit is responsible for creating effective communication processes and positive customer experiences by utilizing data and digital opportunities.

We are now strengthening our CRM team in Finland with a Customer Development Manager. We are looking for a highly analytical person with a can-do attitude, a team player with the ability to lead. A person who can recognize new business opportunities based on data and customer insight, take the customer perspective and design customer processes that can answer to growing customer expectations.

As a Customer Development Manager

You will get to

  • plan, execute and evaluate sales and retention improving customer management processes and activities based on an analytical view of our previous activities, customers and the market
  • lead cross-functional activities that will drive our key success factors of customer satisfaction and customer life cycle value
  • work with and develop new AI supported customer management processes
  • initiate and run projects that will increase our sales and customer service capabilities
  • facilitate business discussions around customer base development with the Private management team in Finland
  • work with ambitious people who are striving for making insurance easy for the customers and who are continuously aiming for excellence in customer experience
  • have a great opportunity to grow into an effective leader by using your social skills, data-driven mindset and business acumen while aiming for a leader position in the organization.

Qualifications to succeed in this role

  • You have 3-5 years of experience preferably from management consulting, business development or sales and a higher education with relevant specialty
  • You have an ability to gain trust and mandate from the senior managers with strong business cases, strategic thinking and solid argumentation
  • You have a can-do, agile and hands-on approach to daily work and you enjoy getting into details when needed
  • You can tackle complex problems and make decisions based on results and insights
  • You are result focused and you urge to continuously improve by following-up and evaluating the impact of the executed activities
  • You challenge the traditional way of doing things in a way that ignites energy and commitment in people around you
  • You are willing to take end-to-end ownership when crafting and implementing new activities
  • You are humble yet determined to succeed for both yourself and If
