Customer Communications Specialist

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for engaging with customers and crafting impactful communication strategies? Join our team as a Customer Communications Specialist and be at the forefront of building exceptional customer satisfaction through engaging, diverse, and strategic communication methods! 

In this role, you get to innovate and deliver compelling product communications across five software companies and multiple channels. You create and manage monthly newsletters, mandatory product communications, and handle incident as well as crisis communications. Additionally, you will actively monitor social media to generate fresh ideas and enhance our customer communication efforts. Through engaging with internal stakeholders using intranet and other platforms, you will keep everyone informed and help maintain consistency and clarity in internal communications too.  

We are looking for someone who is not just a communicator, but a storyteller, capable of making every interaction with our customers meaningful and memorable. You understand the commercial opportunities of customer communication and can translate technical matters into customer-oriented language. You have attention to detail, you understand the broader business context, and you can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, Tampere and Turku, but we also have locations in Oulu, Jyväskylä, and Stockholm, and we work with a flexible hybrid model. Our Marketing & Communications function has a monthly live meeting in Espoo, but otherwise the hybrid model is quite flexible. Of course, we wish that you meet your colleagues live from time-to-time! 

 With these skills you are one step ahead 

• 4+ years of professional experience in varying roles in communication or marketing 

• Deep understanding of customer communication and its significance for customer satisfaction and loyalty 

• Experience in product communication 

• Experience in using marketing automation systems (such as Hubspot, Intercom or Dynamics Marketing) 

• Experience in social media management, partner collaboration, and video production coordination 

• Experience with internal communication 

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Finnish and English; proficiency in Swedish is considered a plus.
