We are now looking for a
CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
to strengthen their global Customer Care team in Oulu. The job is full time and estimated duration is until the end of 04/2019.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be working in the front line by delivering fast, respectful and personal support to their customer.
Your main responsibilities are to
help the customers through email, chat and social media channels
troubleshoot and investigate reported issues and take them forward in a form of bug reports and feature requests
update help documentation shared with the customers
create and update internal help documentation to your team members
share examples of user experience to the rest of the team
participate in developing our support tools and reporting
We are looking for you if you
have excellent written and spoken English (Finnish is a plus)
enjoy interacting with customers and want customers to succeed
are empathetic, understanding and respectful towards others, even when approached with high emotions
are ok to perform tasks which are repetitive in manner
can’t wait to dig into interesting issues reported by customers
have excellent team working skills and the willingness to keep up a good team spirit
are flexible - you will be working in a global team
We appreciate if you

have a degree in business, health, or comms
are already familiar with Intercom, Slack, Confluence or similar tools
have earlier experience in delivering high quality customer support
