Customer Care Professionals.
As a Customer Care Professional, you will have a possibility to work as part of customer care team serving both b2b and b2c customers.
Your main area of responsibility will be customer care tasks including variety of service channels within contact center environment and working closely with Client´s external and internal stakeholders such as logistics, sales and product management.
You will answer customer feedback and queries by phone, email and chat as well as process returns together with other team members. You will also handle customer complaints and other errands related to customer service.
You communicate fluently in English and Finnish both verbally and in writing. Since our Client is an international company, the other language skills, such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and German are an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you have strong customer care and problem-solving skills, your IT skills are well up to date and you have a commercial, sales-oriented mindset and you understand the meaning of up sales as an added value component every time customer is in contact with customer care.
You are independent and proactive with a hands-on attitude and you are genuinely interested in helping customers. On top of this, your educational background and/or work experience supports the job requirements.
Together with energetic and professional team, you have an opportunity to develop your competencies further. Open positions, both part- and full time are permanent, and the employment will start as soon as possible. Place of work shall be in Vantaa.
