BU Finland’s Supply Chain Management organization is searching for

Customer Care Manager

In this position, you will support and enable your team to perform in high quality, cost effective and fast way in order to secure and improve superior customer experience and contribute to delivery accuracy. You will lead team of Customer Care specialists and together with the team and colleagues drive development of our internal processes to ensure efficiency. Placement of the position is Raahe, Finland.

Customer Care’s work consists of production order booking, supporting sales for mill deliveries by being active in communication and collaboration with sales & production organizations and other stakeholders in the chain. Work includes evaluating delivery options and administrative tasks related to mill deliveries. In your work, you effectively guide and coach your team towards the common goals, and successfully implement agreed practices and processes within your responsibility area. You will also be responsible to coordinate subcontracting activities in Finland mainly in Northern Finland and Raahe region. You support subcontracting team in Sweden in requirements for the local suppliers, volumes and deliveries and help them to negotiate contracts. 

We are looking for a person who is inspiring with coaching approach and get things done, but also have an ability to think strategically seeing the bigger picture and putting words in action. We expect you to have active, target- and customer- oriented mindset with great communication and co-operation skills.  Preferably, you have knowledge and understanding of financial management and basic experience in business development in order to understand and develop SSAB’s business and our internal processes.
We expect you to have relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Economics, Technical or Logistics) or equivalent competence. You are fluent in written and spoken English (other language skills are beneficial).
