We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer to join our Management team.
A resourceful developer, who can define a strategy for our own technology and start developing it effectively. You’d be the only developer to start with but you would be managing a team in the near future.
This is a leadership position with full engagement in all of the company’s key decision making, requiring an entrepreneurial spirit and high motivation. You will be communicating with customers, employees, partners, and investors about our company’s technology strategy.
As a CTO, you'll get to plan and build our technology almost from the scratch. Roadmapping, prioritizing and planning new features to help automatize our processes (with user experience in mind). You will take the lead in defining our tech strategy and developing the product. Your role includes hand-on development and later get to build your own team.
This is the key role for our company's future as we are building a Wolt of elderly care services. The growth possibilities are endless but most of all, you´ll get to work with the most important and meaningful issues in life.
The position requires regular live meetings, so you need to live in Finland and be able to travel to Espoo several times a week.
