CRM SOLUTION DESIGNER (MS DYNAMICS)

Job description

We are looking for a service-oriented and experienced ICT professional to join us in Group ICT Solution Development function as a Solution Designer for customer relationship management (CRM) solution built on MS Dynamics CRM platform. Solution Designer is responsible for CRM application architecture, implementing new CRM functionalities with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and providing knowledge transfer to support organization. Ideal candidate is a service minded team player with positive attitude, and good communication and cooperation skills.

Key responsibilities

Application Development:
− Defining and optimizing CRM application and technical architecture to ensure effective and reliable performance of the CRM solutions, and supporting business driven CRM roadmap implementation.
− Designing, specifying, implementing and testing new CRM functionalities, implementing changes to existing solutions, and creating and maintaining the CRM solution technical and support documentation.
− Operative management of external vendors’ CRM solution development work by verifying solution quality, and controlling progress and cost of development.


Application Support:
− 3rd tier application support for complicated incidents.
− Identify and resolve complex technical problems utilizing problem management processes.

Prerequisites

The requirements for this position include:
− Hands on experience in developing Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM solutions in complex business environments. Several MS Dynamics CRM implementations completed, experience of online implementations.
− Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM system capabilities and features, CRM add-on tools,  other MS products such as O365, Azure, SharePoint; and integration technologies.
− Ability to turn business requirements into implementable solution concepts and document them.
− Good understanding of ICT development process frameworks, agile methods and service management (ITIL) environment.
− Degree in information technology, such as BBA or M.Sc. Fluent Finnish and English (written and spoken).
