About the role

We seek a talented and experienced sales professional to assume responsibility of our Finnish business. This includes development of our existing business and building our customer base in Finland.

You will be working very closely with our team in Gothenburg to develop new value propositions, build awareness and reveal new sales opportunities.

Our most successful sales executives take a consultative approach and are looked upon by our customers as trusted advisors. This is a great opportunity for professionals with sales experience in consultative sales to build their track record by growing our Finnish business.

Your role as Country Sales Manager is a very important part of strengthening and developing our presence in Finnish market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue from existing and new contacts
  • Managing and developing existing and new client contacts
  • Preparing sales plans in association with management and assisting in company growth by successfully executing those plans
  • Drive a qualified sales pipeline
  • Deliver accurate forecasts to management to assist in business planning and reporting
  • Enhancing the corporate reputation and visibility in Finland

Requirements & personal skills

  • Experience in consultative sales with ability to create win-win proposals
  • Experience selling SaaS services and selling to public sector is considered advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota with proven success
  • Excellent networking ability
  • Ability to identify, cultivate and close deals
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Fluent in Finnish and English. Swedish is considered advantage.
