Make a difference to our Russian and Baltic markets by applying your strong sales and leadership profile.

We are looking for a committed and experienced Country Sales Manager to ensure BESTSELLER’s sales progress towards our existing and future customers in Russia and the Baltics. Based at our Helsinki office, you will be working with our family of brands – including JACK & JONES, ONLY and VERO MODA – to improve our customers success.

The department

You will manage the small team in Helsinki where you cooperate closely with your sales colleagues to ensure constant development of the markets. You work together with skilled buyers and designers from the brands regarding the right product package for your markets. In addition, you will be in close professional dialogue with a team of 20 other Sales Managers localised around the world.

The position

You will be responsible for our markets in Russia and the Baltics, including the support team situated in our Helsinki office. Your primary task is to develop our brands even further towards gaining a stronger foothold in wholesale. As Country Sales Manager, you will be the driving force in the department where you inspire and lead the team as well as ensure that everyone is motivated to strengthen and develop BESTSELLER’s position on the market.  


Your responsibilities include:

Develop a strategy for the different key accounts 

Ensure that product composition agrees with your markets’ needs

Build and further develop our customer relations in Russia and the Baltics 

Plan and implement promotional initiatives

Budgeting and update of key figures

Ensure a professional and uniform expression in the respective markets 

Plan marketing initiatives and campaigns targeted to key account customers

Negotiate and enter into agreements with key accounts.



Solid sales and management experience from a similar position

Experience with maintenance of key account relations

Knowledge of the Russian and Baltic markets is a great advantage

Experience with or knowledge of the retail industry

English skills at negotiation level, both written and spoken - the ability to communicate in Russian or one of the Baltic languages is considered a great plus 

You are able to define and convert strategic goals into concrete initiatives 

Understanding of the fashion industry and our target groups. 



As you will take part in identifying new possibilities and extend our key account market in Russia and the Baltics, you have a strong sales profile, an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to think in new ways. As a person, you are outgoing and excel in discovering new markets as well as expanding already existing ones. You will get an independent role with great responsibility, so it is important that you thrive in being the initiator and the person to lead the way and make the decisions. With your motivational management style, you are able to reach out and coach your colleagues to meet your ambitious goals together.

Work location: Helsinki, Finland.

There will be approximately 60 - 70 annual travel days.
